I’ve created a FREE 10-minute HIIT class to show you that high-intensity training doesn’t have to mean jumping, racing around, or collapsing in a sweaty heap on the floor 😅

This class is all about working at your level, moving with purpose, and proving that even 10 minutes can make a difference.

What is HIIT anyway?

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training - but here’s the bit people often miss: “High intensity” is relative to you.

That means:

  • You choose your pace

  • You adapt the movements

  • You take breaks when you need them

No pressure. No comparison. Just movement that works for your body.

Why just 10 minutes?

Because life is busy. Because consistency matters more than duration. And because 10 focused minutes can:

  • Get your heart rate up

  • Boost your energy

  • Improve strength and fitness

  • Leave you feeling proud you showed up
