Accumulator HIIT for the legs!

Do you hate working your legs? How about trying it HIIT style with an accumulator. Do exercise 1 for 20 seconds with a 15 second rest, then exercises 1&2 for 20 seconds each with a 15 second rest, then exercises 1,2&3 etc. It's a great way to work on your endurance and the time will just fly by - if you want the full class just message me HIIT for legs and I'll send you the link https://youtu.be/iuRDfmUpGHs
